SHFT ROBOTICS - LOGO PACK FOR APPAREL AND PRINT
shftrobotics.com/brand

WHAT IS IN HERE
---------------
Three marks, five colorways each, in four formats.

Marks
shft-wordmark ............. SHFT and the bolt. The default. Use this unless you
                              need the full team name.
shft-robotics-lockup ...... SHFT, the bolt, and ROBOTICS underneath. Use where
the full name has to read, such as a jacket back.
shft-bolt ................. The bolt on its own. For small placements: sleeve,
                              cap, tag, sock.

Colorways
full-on-dark .............. White letters, green bolt. For dark garments.
full-on-light ............. Near-black letters, green bolt. For light garments.
white ..................... Everything white. One-color print.
black ..................... Everything pure black. One-color print.
green ..................... Everything green. One-color print.

Formats
/svg ...... Vector. The master. Opens in Illustrator, Affinity, Inkscape, CorelDRAW.
/pdf ...... Vector. Use this if your workflow prefers PDF over SVG.
/eps ...... Vector. For older screen-printing and embroidery software.
/png ...... 4000px on the longest side, transparent background. Convenience only, not for
large-format print. Use a vector file if the art will be resized.

Every file is trimmed to the artwork, so there is no hidden padding. Sizing by
height or width gives you the size you asked for.

COLORS
------
  Green ......... #A6FF00 R 166 G 255 B 0
  Black ......... #000000 R 0 G 0 B 0 (the one-color black files)
  Near-black .... #1A1A1A R 26 G 26 B 26 (full-on-light, and the website)
  White ......... #FFFFFF R 255 G 255 B 255

The one-color black files are pure #000000 so screens, film and embroidery digitising
get a true black. The near-black #1A1A1A is the website's ink and is what the
full-color-on-light files use for their letters.

The green is a bright lime that sits outside the CMYK gamut, so a four-color
process print will come out duller than the screen version. For screen printing,
DTF, or vinyl, match to a spot color rather than to a CMYK conversion. If you
need a starting point for process, C35 M0 Y100 K0 is close, but check a proof.

We do not have a verified Pantone or thread number on file yet. If you pick one,
tell us which and we will record it so the next run matches.

Never substitute a different green. The whole identity is one accent color.

MINIMUM SIZES
-------------
Screen print, DTF, or vinyl
  Wordmark .......... 50 mm (2 in) wide
Full lockup ....... 75 mm (3 in) wide
  Bolt .............. 15 mm (0.6 in) wide

Embroidery
  Wordmark .......... 90 mm (3.5 in) wide
Full lockup ....... 130 mm (5 in) wide
  Bolt .............. 25 mm (1 in) wide

The lockup needs more room than the wordmark because ROBOTICS is small and
letterspaced. At 130 mm the ROBOTICS letters are about 6 mm tall with a 1.4 mm
stem, which is around the floor most shops give for satin stitch. If your shop
says different, go with theirs. Below that size, drop the ROBOTICS line and use
the wordmark on its own.

CLEAR SPACE
-----------
Keep clear space on all four sides equal to one quarter of the mark's height.
Nothing else goes inside that area: no seams, no other logos, no trim.

THINGS THAT BREAK THE MARK
--------------------------
- Do not retype ROBOTICS in a font. Those letterforms are custom and no font
matches them. Use the supplied vector.
- Do not recolor the green, add a gradient, or add a stroke, outline, glow, or
  drop shadow.
- Do not rotate, skew, condense, or stretch. The letters are already italic.
- Do not place the full-color version on a mid-green or mid-gray garment. Use
the one-color white or black file instead.
- Do not rebuild the mark from a screenshot or a PNG. Ask us for the vector.

QUESTIONS OR A FILE YOU DO NOT SEE HERE
---------------------------------------
Email team@shftrobotics.com and we will send it. If you need a different
format, a specific placement size, or a production proof checked, ask before the
run rather than after.
